We are looking for a Program Manager to be responsible for organizing a 2-year construction program and activities for our organization. The program manager will plan and supervise a wide range of construction activities from start to
finish. The CPM will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure
they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction
Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
The CPM will be responsible for controlling the time, cost and quality of the construction project. CPM will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and
working with engineers, architects and vendors. CPM will also oversee the budgets and operating plans for this multi-site program. CPM will oversee multiple project managers and have overall responsibility for leading the project.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to
determine the specifications of the project.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality and team member performance.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyzing program risks.
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
