To be a key point of contact within operational sub-department (New Business/Policy Servicing/Support Functions) for colleagues when dealing with complex client or distributor requests, including problem investigation and resolution.
Handle new application processing – vetting document requirements, data input, follow up on outstanding requirements and policy issuance with in the agreed service level, accuracy and company requirements.
To contribute to the day to day operations of the Contact Centre team by delivery of services within agreed target service level and fully processed in compliance with regulations and aligned with Group’s risk policies and standards.
Handling broker & customer enquiries, update systems, follow up with IFA or customer on enquiries within agreed service level.
Complete all tasks within business agreed service and quality levels
Handle incoming enquiries and servicing issues on policy servicing matters
Handle policy servicing transactions – screening of policy servicing requests, follow up on outstanding requirements, prepare endorsement (if any) and notice to policyholders, perform quality check and maintain record of policy servicing transactions.
Become fully accredited in all tasks on assigned team, in line with skill matrix requirements
