We are a Management Consultancy based in Dubai. Currently, we are looking for a young, smart and dynamic candidate with minimum 3 years experience in the same role to join our company as Customer Service and Receptionist with immediate effect.
Looking for a staff who is hardworking & multi-talented.
1. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
2. Handle clients by giving instructions on the services required.
3. Maintains office activities by following procedures; monitoring logbook, etc.
4. Maintains telecommunication system by following Company’s instructions.
5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. Open to take new activities regularly and handles Sales (office visit, telephonic, web chat)
7. Manage day to day activities related to Company websites, classifieds, content, social media, etc.
– Knowledge about Admin/Receptionist/Customer Service
– Expertise in Office handling activities
– Fluent English
– Telephone etiquette & Sales Oriented
– Well versed with MS office and Internet/Computer
– Hardworking and deadline driven
– Workholic approach
– Good Sales/Telesales experience
