We are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Executive to join an established international business based in Central London, who over the past 18 years have developed a series of ground breaking innovative products and established themselves as a market leader. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key customer stakeholders & product users, being a customer-facing point of contact through regular face-to-face meetings & calls and working with other areas of the business to ensure a smooth on-boarding and ‘go live’ experience.
The successful Customer Success Executive will train new users on products to enable them to use them to the best of its capability, alongside providing technical support and helping to ensure timely and effective action for resolution by liaising with internal support teams. The Customer Success Executive will also be responsible for conducting proactive service reviews to gather feedback on customer satisfaction and pain points, taking on board this feedback and knowledge of the product to the Product team to help shape the roadmap for future enhancement.
Key skills needed for the Customer Success Executive role:
* Experience in Account Management/Customer Success for software.
* Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
* Analytical – ability to gather relevant information, notice relationships between different pieces of information, reason from cause to effect and generate effective solutions to practical problems.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: £25K – £35k + benefits
