1-Prepare the data required for the social insurance authority and taxes authority in regards to the present employees. Monitor all leaves (annual vacations. sick leaves. emergency leaves .unpaid leave. etc.) ensuring that relevant policies are adhered to.
2- The complete hiring process and follow up on the insurance procedures and labor office procedures.3-Issuing personnel reports required, for tracking employees records.
4- Communicate with the outsource companies to get required manpower numbers.
