Required an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join an HR Operations organization.
Caliber will be responsible for:
Opening new sourcing channels to ensure a usual none dry source of calibers.
Filtering and shortlisting available calibers profiles to job's criteria and basic requirements.
Performing phone and face to face interviews
Setting and scheduling appointments with calibers at company's and client's premises.
Perform needed follow up on candidates since first contact till contracting and closure of candidates file
Performing periodic follow up contacts with hired candidates as needed checks
